ThriftCon Is Coming To Portland For The First Time Ever
ThriftCon, the world’s premier vintage clothing and collectible convention, is coming to Portland for the first time ever on Sunday, August 27, 2023. The event will take place at the Portland Expo Center from 10 am to 5 pm.
